Refund policy

Changing your mind — Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive your items. To cancel, email velquin.uk@gmail.com with your order number — a clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Condition of returns — Please return items unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all tags attached and the hygiene liner intact. For hygiene reasons, please try bodywear on over your own underwear. We may reduce your refund if items show handling beyond what is needed to inspect them.

Refunds — Once we receive your return (or evidence that you have posted it), we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method, including our standard delivery charge (express upgrades are not refundable). Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty items — Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty or not as described you may reject it within 30 days for a full refund, including return postage. Email velquin.uk@gmail.com and we will put it right.
