Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back.

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and intimate apparel can only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and the hygiene liner intact. Items returned without the hygiene liner or tags, or showing signs of wear, cannot be accepted unless faulty.

How to return

Email connietrinityclothingonline@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the price you paid for the item to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded only where the whole order is returned within the 14-day cancellation period, or the item is faulty.

Faulty items

If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund (including delivery) within 30 days of delivery, or a repair or replacement thereafter, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange for a different size, subject to stock — just mention it in your email.
