Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, or where there is an obvious pricing or description error; if payment has been taken, it will be refunded in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, costs and timings are shown at checkout and in our Shipping policy. Delivery estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Returns
Your right to cancel and return items is set out in our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Products
We take care to display our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Composition, sizing and care information is provided on each product page.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Velquin name, imagery and text, belongs to Trinity Clothing Online Company Limited or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Liability
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed, or that were not caused by our breach. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
